Important Information for All Coxsackie Bank Division and Existing BSNB Customers
What is a “system integration” and what can I expect when integration weekend happens?
As part of the April 2026 merger with the National Bank of Coxsackie, BSNB will be leading a system integration to combine both banks’ digital systems into one platform. This will enable our customers to have a unified banking experience across all of our branches. And starting on October 19, all BSNB customers will be able to conduct their banking at any of our 21 branch locations.
Between Friday, October 16 and Monday, October 19, we will be transitioning accounts and banking services into the combined system. This means that some services will be temporarily unavailable while this work is completed. We are providing you with advance notice so that you can plan accordingly.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this brief period. Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible and ensure that you know what to expect from us every step of the way.
During System Integration Weekend, our branch network will be closed starting at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 16, and will resume operations during normal hours on
Monday, October 19.
- Online and mobile banking services will be unavailable starting Friday, October 16 at 4:30 p.m. until Monday, October 19.
- Starting on October 6, the following Coxsackie Bank ATM’s will be temporarily
unavailable to accept deposits as we transition to our new platform based on the
following schedule:- Athens – October 6
- Middleburgh- October 7
- Glenmont – October 8
- Greenville – October 13
- Cairo – October 13
- Ravena – October 14
- West Coxsackie – October 14
- Each ATM will have signage with instructions on how to use the night drop at each branch to make after-hour deposits until ATM functionality is fully restored on October 19.
Will my account number change?
No, there will be no changes to account numbers.
Will my current direct deposit and automatic payments be affected?
Automatic debits and credits (ACH), including direct deposit, will continue to post to your account as usual.
Will automatic transfers be affected?
Automatic transfers scheduled during the system integration weekend will be credited on Monday, October 19.
Will online banking and bill pay be affected?
- Current BSNB online banking customers should experience no changes to their banking profiles or access to online banking.
- When logging into online banking at bsnb.com, you can use the same username
and password you previously used for your Coxsackie Bank Division access. - All alerts and notifications will be transferred over to your BSNB online banking profile.
- You will no longer have access to My Spending or My Credit Score, and you will no longer be able to view external account balance and transaction data in online
banking after October 16 at 4:30 p.m. - All Bill Pay history and e-bills will convert to your BSNB online banking profile.
Will there be any changes to my loans?
No, all terms and conditions remain the same.
How can I make my loan payments?
You can make loan payments:
- In person at any of our 21 branches
- By mailing your payment to:

- By setting up an external transfer through BSNB online banking or through another financial institution
Will there be any impact to Quicken/QuickBooks?
There will be no impact to Quicken/QuickBooks. However, we recommend you prepare for the system integration by importing your transaction history into the software by close of business October 16.
Will any of my business services change?
There have been no changes to any business services. You will continue to work with your existing commercial banking team for any services or questions. Will any of my treasury management services change?
If you currently have treasury management services, they will transition over during the system integration. Will there be any changes to my safe deposit box?
Your safe deposit box will still be available during normal banking hours. Your terms will remain the same, subject to our standard schedule of fees and charges.
How can we keep our accounts safe from hackers and scammers during the transition?
We are aware that during bank system integrations, cybercriminals and scammers may use this opportunity to attempt an attack on individuals and businesses.
To keep your accounts safe, never share ANY personal information through email, text or pop-up messages including your username, password, social security number, or banking account information. BSNB will never ask you for your account number, PIN or debit card number over the phone, email, or text. We will ask identifying questions prior to discussing your accounts or services. If you receive a suspicious request, or have doubts about any correspondence you receive, do NOT reply and contact your local branch immediately.
FAQs for New BSNB Customers (Formerly Coxsackie Bank Division)
Can I still use my Coxsackie Bank Division existing routing number?
Yes. The National Bank of Coxsackie routing number will still be valid and accepted for processing; however, please update your files as soon as possible with BSNB’s routing number 021304675.
Can I continue to use my current debit card and checks?
Yes. You can continue to use your existing debit card and checks. When you are due for a new card or need to reorder checks, they will be issued through BSNB. During the system integration weekend, your debit card will remain active. However, as a precaution, we recommend that you carry an alternate form of payment in case of brief service interruptions during the integration.
Are there daily limit changes on debit cards?
Beginning October 19, the debit card limits for businesses as well as consumers are $2,000 for purchases (Point of Sale), and $510 at ATMs.
The Card Valet app will no longer be available. After the system integration, you may download and use Card Suite Lite, which is a simple and secure way to monitor your payment transaction activity. Simply download the Card Suite Lite app in either the Apple Store or Google Play store to enroll your card.
Will my hard token for external transfers still work?
Hard tokens for retail and commercial external transfers will no longer be required. You will be prompted to set up security questions for multi-factor authentication. For your protection, there will be additional layers of security as well. For example, retail and commercial customers will be required to enter authentication credentials once they visit transactional pages, such as adding external transfer accounts.
Will I still be able to use text banking?
You will still be able to use text banking; however, you will need to re-enroll on October 19. To do so, select “Services & Settings” in Online Banking, and then choose “Text Banking” under “Banking Services.” Follow the prompts to enroll your mobile device.
Will I still be able to use the mobile banking app?
Mobile Banking via the Coxsackie Bank Division mobile banking app will be available until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 16. You will need to download the BSNB mobile banking app after 8:00 a.m. Monday, October 19.
Will anything change with my account statements?
Your entire account history will be transferred over to your new online banking profile. However, we recommend that you download, print, and save your most recent statement and account transaction history before the system integration begins.
- If you currently receive statements in the mail, you will receive a final statement for all accounts as of October 16. Moving forward, your statement date will be changed to the end of the month. Due to the system integration, you may receive more than one statement in October.
- If you are currently enrolled in e-statements, you will receive a final statement in the mail for all accounts as of October 16. Going forward, you will automatically be re-enrolled in e-statements.
Will I still be able to use Zelle or Zelle for Small Business?
Zelle and Zelle for Small Business will no longer be offered after October 8.
Will any products or services change or no longer be offered?
- Some products and services, such as Zelle, Zelle for Small Businesses, My
Spending, My Credit Score, and Free Bill Pay for all customers will no longer be
available. - Card Valet will no longer be available, but you may use Card Suite Lite going forward.
- If you previously had a Holiday Club Savings account, you can reopen one at BSNB starting October 19.
Will there be any new products or services offered?
Yes, as a BSNB customer you can now take advantage of these new products and services:
- Wealth Management Services: You have access to our full list of Wealth Management Solutions, including investment and asset management services, trust and estate administration, managed IRAs, and wealth management benefits. You also should take advantage of our Financial Services expertise, including personal investment services insurance, IRA services, employer sponsored retirement plans, and college planning products.
- Larger Branch Network: You can now bank at any of our 21 branch locations and use any of our surcharge-free ATMs.
- Expanded ATM Availability: You will now have access to the Allpoint ATM Network with over 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs worldwide.
- Online Wire Transfers: Business customers will have the ability to originate wire transfers online.
- ACH Cutoff Time Extension: The cutoff time for processing next day ACH will be extended from 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Telephone Banking: As an extension of the advanced customer service we provide, customers will have the option to use our automated telephone banking system once the system integration is complete.
Who should I contact if I have questions before, during, or after the system integration weekend?
