Stephan Scribner joined BSNB in 2009 and started in financial services in 1986, making him a financial services industry veteran. He is passionate about assisting his clients with wealth accumulation, retirement income planning, and providing Social Security benefit guidance, as they transition into the retirement phase of their lives. Steph holds his Series 7, 66 registrations, along with his NYS Life, Accident and Health Insurance License. He received the designation of Certified Financial Planner by the CFP Board of Standards. By helping to align their retirement resources properly, and focusing on prudent ongoing counselling and cautious methods, he enables his clients to feel less anxiety by having better control over their own personal finances.

Cameron Bleibtrey joined the BSNB financial services team in December 2024. He holds a business management degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has been guiding clients in the financial industry for over three years. Cam holds his Life, Accident, and Health (LAH) License, SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65. He specializes in collaborating with clients to define and achieve their financial aspirations, whether saving for retirement, purchasing a home, or funding a child’s education. He crafts tailored financial plans with actionable strategies, builds investment portfolios aligned with clients’ risk tolerance and goals, and provides expert guidance on retirement planning, including tax-efficient withdrawal strategies. Additionally, Cam assists business owners in establishing retirement plans such as SEP and SIMPLE IRAs and offers insurance planning for both personal and business needs.

Michael Ciarlo joined the BSNB financial services team in January 2025 after starting as a seasonal relationship banker in June 2024. With a bachelor’s degree in economics and a concentration in finances, he brings a strong academic foundation to his role. Michael holds three key licenses—FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative), NASAA Series 66, and NYS Life, Health, and Accident Insurance. As an advisor, he is focused on learning and growing while providing personalized financial planning, advice, and investment services. He takes a fiduciary approach, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, whether referred or brought in directly.
