Staff may select participation for themselves and their family members. Cost is shared between the Bank and staff, dependent on coverage type selected.
Life insurance is fully paid for by BSNB at three times annual salary.
Short-term and long-term disability insurance is provided to staff at no cost.
A 401(k) Plan is provided with a match of 50% of the first 7% of salary deferred. In addition, the Bank provides discretionary contributions annually based on Bank performance.
Flexible Spending Accounts:
Staff may defer funds on a pre-tax basis for reimbursement of qualified dependent care or uninsured medical or dental expenses.
Voluntary Benefits :
Staff may purchase additional life or disability insurance through payroll deduction.
Tuition Assistance :
Full-time staff are eligible for tuition assistance to a maximum of $2000 per year, and part-time staff are eligible for up to $1,000 per year.
