This individual will be responsible for new client acquisitions, referrals, goal attainment, and client satisfaction. Lead the branch by supervising, coaching and motivating branch staff, and ensure compliance to all bank policies and procedures.
Education: Associate's degree in business or related field.
Experience: Minimum of two years of banking experience.
Skills: Demonstrated leadership and sales ability, and strong organizational skills.
Tellers Full-Time & Part-Time |
Seeking enthusiastic individuals responsible for providing BSNB customers with banking solutions for deposit products. Tellers provide exceptional customer service to our customers when performing teller duties, including deposit and loan transactions, and receiving and disbursing cash. Our branches operate Monday through Saturday.
Part-time hours available: 5 to 25 hours per week.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Cash handling experience is required, previous banking knowledge is preferred.
Skills: Candidates will have strong customer service, sales and relationship building skills. Well-developed communication skills are a must.
